Eric Sowers was arguing with the 30-year-old woman in his car on Potomac Mills Road in Woodbridge around 11 p.m. on Thursday, April 20, Prince William County police said.
The woman got out of the car and tried to leave, but Sowers plowed into her with his car, knocking her to the ground, police said. While the woman was on the ground, Sowers ran over her foot, police said.
The victim left the area and was later taken to an area hospital where police were contacted. The victim’s injuries were determined to be non-life threatening.
Sowers is wanted on a warrant for malicious wounding. Anyone who sees him is urged to contact police immediately.
